I have an idea/design for a silver pendant. I'm not sure how to find/hire someone to make it for me. I have been considering making it myself. I don't really have much $$ to start out with this. I'm really looking for some guidance or advice...

well it really depends on what you're looking to make as far as a pendant design. But my first suggestion would be to look into an alchemy request on Etsy.com Many artist look into doing custom designs, they'll be better able to tell you what price you're look at. And many will work with you on making it affordable. Usually starting something on you're own will tend to be more expensive since initial start up of a craft of hobby can be costly and won't even out until you've been doing it for sometime.
