- My name is Yared Girma, i'm from Ethiopia. I design & make jeweleries, I mount(set) precious stones. All my works are hand made. I've been in the jewelery making for 13 years. During my working years i've made medals & jeweleries for touristes, famous peoples & celebrities while they visited my country. Just to mention some of the names...President of Liberia, Oprah Winfrey, Shaggy, Lauren Hill Rita Marley & others. Jewelery making in my country is not a well recognised art & I've always waned to take my skills world wide & i've started doing that now. A local paper has published my story in jewelery making & since then i've been geting encouraging comments. I've always thought i was working alone but since i've been checking the internet,i knew dat i can grow in this business as i dreamed.
