How easy polymer clay is depends on how good you want it to look! It's very easy to do simple stuff, but the really cool techniques can take a bit of work.
I seem to spend a lot of time sanding and buffing beads and pendants, I think a good finish really makes the difference between a nice piece and an awesome one.
It's weird, PC is seen as a kid's toy over here (and you hardly ever see the better clays like Premo and Kato) whereas in America it's an art medium. So I'm trying to spread the word!
