Nice to meet you too Kathy. I'm disappointed about it too but guess that's just the way it goes.
Hi Diane - nice to meet you - I am a little disappointed with the activity - or lack of.
Hi Kathy. To me it doesn't seem like too many people comment very often on here but it's nice to see another member.
Hi - Just found the website and signed up - making jewelry for several years, always looking for new ideas, items and friends that do the same! Kathy
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I have been doing beading for about two years now and am always looking to improve. Thank you.
I am so excited to find ALL of you!!! I am here to learn, so please share your wisdom.
Thank you,
Kim
Gotta agree! I'm still a little leery of the new colors they have out. Are they really as tough as our good ole braided steel?
I only use 49 strand braided steel that is coated in .014 or .019 depending on the weight of the piece I am making. For me, the issue is limiting stretching and the drape of my work... with 49 strands you have the best flexibility and a beautiful drape and the best of all, no kinks!!!!!!!!!!!!
